Depending on your account history and bet amount, FanDuel customer service may just do you a favor and refund your bet or offer you a free bet. is worse than any Nigerian Scammer because they fake legitimacy very well while totally robbing unsuspecting victims that actually win something. While all bets are final once they are placed, it never hurts to reach out to FanDuel Customer Support and ask if they will refund your bet. Stay away and beware of these criminals and thieves. They owe me 61.88 (not including 5 in bonus credit).
(64 drops my calls.) I have emailed this complaint several times, with no response. I used FanDuel Sportsbook for several months. I filed a complaint with the CT Gaming Commision. Unable to use my FanDuel Sportsbook account-no customer service. Again, the chat support was useless and my money and winnings remains stolen by to this day. I did get an email from them 5 days later where they sent a junk weblink that didn’t work to “reauthorize” my account. The chat rep said I’d hear from someone within 4-5 days. Fanduel has no phone support to make their robberies easier and the chat support is intentionally worthless. Immediately upon winning my first bet, a 5 Team Round Robin Bet, Fanduel suspended my account for “suspicious behavior” (whatever that means, they didn’t even know why), locked my account, and stole all my money!! I think Fanduel’s idea of “suspicious behavior” is winning anything at all or wanting the remainder of your original deposit cashed out.
