It is surprising how 'utterly stupid' some businesses can be when dealing with the public, especially, when there are 40 to 50 folks that now have a negative experience with Soboba Springs Royal Vista Golf Course. We have already scheduled other golf courses for the next few months. Rather then apologize for not informing us that we could not play and attempting to make it right, he proceeded to lose a lot of customers. He said we had no contract and basically told us to 'get lost'. He was arrogant and took our leader into the office and proceeded to show him a huge binder with contracts etc. The Pro was emphatic that we never scheduled this time. The challenge was not that they had forgot to inform us, but their defensive attitude. We had tee times verified and sent to all of us. Last Thursday, we all arrived and they informed us that they were having a tournament and could not honor our reservations. Our Mens Group have been playing Soboba Golf Course every other week for the past two years with guranteed (5) Tee times.
